2.Business Scope: Mainly engaged in the research and development, design, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service of lithium-ion batteries, battery management systems, power battery systems, and wind-solar energy storage power supply systems.Involved in technology transfer, technical services and investment in new energy, as well as business such as import and export of goods and import and export of technology.
3.R & D and production layout:
--R & D center: There are R & D centers in Shanghai, Wenzhou, and Jiaxing, continuously investing resources in the research and innovation of battery technology.
--Production base: There are production bases in Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Liuzhou, Foshan, Chongqing and other places. As of the end of 2022, the total production capacity is 35.2GWh1. According to the plan, the company's production capacity will reach 94GWh and more than 150GWh4 by the end of 2024 and the end of 2025 respectively.
4.Technology and products:
--Top-piercing technology: One of the company's core technologies, deeply integrating five innovative technologies such as cell structure technology, stable solid-liquid interface technology, double-high electrode technology, process and equipment technology. This technology can be widely applied to lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium battery products, and is compatible with power battery and energy storage battery products. The top-piercing technology increases the space utilization rate of the battery by more than 7%. Under the lithium iron phosphate battery system, the volumetric energy density reaches 450Wh/L, with excellent fast charging capabilities, effectively improving the performance and competitiveness of the battery.
--Product series: In terms of power batteries, there are top-piercing 158ah&200ah power batteries, new members of the top-piercing PHEV series 148 series, 194 series and 220 series, top-piercing 175ah power batteries, top-piercing R300&R600 long battery cells, etc., covering pure electric and -----hybrid models; in terms of energy storage batteries, top-piercing energy storage series 320ah, 340ah, 345ah batteries and other products have been launched.
5.Market performance and customer groups:
--Market performance: In 2023, 19.48GWh of lithium battery products were sold, an increase of 17.3%, and the revenue reached 13.749 billion. In the highly competitive power battery market, the installed capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries ranked sixth in the domestic market in 2023; in the energy storage market, it ranked fourth on the list of global energy storage battery shipments of Chinese enterprises in 2023.
--Customer groups: The main customers in the power aspect include SAIC, Dongfeng, Nissan, smart, volvo, Wuling, Hozon Auto, HYCAN Motors, VIRITECH Electric, etc.; the main customers in the energy storage aspect include Sunshine Energy Storage, CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, Growatt, GoodWe, etc., and overseas customers include powin, energyvault, vena energy, etc..

In October 2021, it was selected into the list of pilot demonstration enterprises for the integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry at the provincial level in Zhejiang Province in 2021 (personalized customization direction).It ranked second in the shipment volume of Chinese power energy storage lithium battery enterprises in 2022.
